Body Transformation Diaries – Halfway!

We are officially halfway through the Body Transformation Programme!

I am still feeling really great about how I’m going on my BT journey. Although my weight loss has slowed down, I still feel like I am getting stronger after each week. I find myself doing more of each exercise and enjoying the workout more and more each session.

This programme has taught me a few things that I had no idea about before I started. I have learnt so much about the importance of diet and exercise and creating healthy habits. Through the consultations with Mark, I have a workout plan that I can do in addition to the group sessions. I have a workout which I can do without thinking too much, and keep track of my progress. This has been helpful for me, as I usually avoid gym workouts due to being unsure of what comes next!

Although I still feel nervous about going to the gym, I am gaining more confidence at using the equipment each week. The team at Arena Fitness have been so lovely, and they are always happy to give you a hand with using equipment if you need it!

We are on the home stretch for the programme now, and it has been fantastic seeing the group get together each week. I’m going to miss the accountability of the group training environment once this programme has ended!

I might even look into one of the group training classes from Arena Fitness to continue after the programme has finished!
