If you love the classic combo of coconut and chocolate, this one is for you! This recipe is super quick and easy to make up in the evenings, and is one less thing to think about for those super busy mornings. Just make up a few batches at a time for simple meal prep throughout the week.

What you will need for this chocolate-coconut overnight oats recipe:

  • 1 x quick oats sachet (about half a cup of oats)
  • 1 x scoop of your favourite chocolate protein powder (we love Nuzest!)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of dried coconut
  • 1/4 cup of milk (whatever you like best, we have used almond milk in our recipe)

Put everything in a bowl and mix! Then pop your oats into a container and refrigerate overnight for a super easy meal prepped breakfast.

To take these overnight oats to the next level, you can add any toppings you like! A few suggestions we have are:

  • Fruit – berries and bananas go great with this recipe!
  • Dried Coconut
  • Dates
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Almond or peanut butter
