Jordan’s Simple Protein pancakes
- 1cup of oats (which you blend up)
- 1 whole banana (mashed up)
- 3 eggs 4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 scoops of protein (he used vanilla)
Putting it together is simple, you blend up the oats first, make sure it’s all smooth like flour.
Then add everything else to the blender and mix it all together. Just add it to pan (like 2 minutes per side) and done !
