- Teaspoon of coconut oil (Raw)
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut milk (Full Fat)
- 1/2 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use Macro Mike Vanilla)
- Handful of ice.
- Throw it all in a blender and blend for 30.
