I joined this bootcamp for a couple of reasons – mainly the team camaraderie, and because Jess is a confident, organised trainer, and that approach just works really well for me. I was also wanting to keep some healthier habits ticking along and bring a bit more consistency into my routine, which Jess and I talked about early on. Finishing the bootcamp this time around, I definitely felt stronger and more confident in my body. The consistency piece was probably the biggest win for me overall. It was also a great group of people. Everyone got stuck in and did the mahi, and it actually brought us closer together( well I think so ) . Even now, when we bump into each other, there’s a lot of encouragement, which has been really nice. If I’m being honest, I do really value sessions being organised and running on time. That makes a big difference to my experience, and it’s something I personally place a lot of importance on. Overall though, I enjoyed the programme and felt well supported. I would recommend it to others."

“This is the second bootcamp I have completed with Jess. I enjoy a class environment or working out with other people rather than “doing my own thing” at the gym. Being with others keeps me focussed and means I am consistent in attending the gym. The classes are well structured and Jess and your fellow boot campers are very encouraging. You can feel your progress each week – which makes all the cardio and strength training worthwhile and along the way we have some good laughs. I would highly recommend attending a boot camp with Jess. You will gain confidence and friendship!”

This was my 3rd bootcamp with Jess . I joined the bootcamp for extra motivation I felt I needed and to increase my fitness level . I achieved both of these goals. What I enjoy most about the bootcamps is the fellow attendees and the encouragement from others. What I learnt about myself is that I can do it and I encourage others to give it a go!
