With my clients, I pride myself on being professional, structured and driven to achieve results. I strike a balance of ensuring my clients are held accountable, but also having fun with our training. When we set goals, I take ownership and they become just as important to me as they are to you. I ensure we are always moving forward towards achieving them. Educating my clients on the ‘how’ and ‘why’ is also a priority for me, so they can leave sessions with a deeper knowledge of health and fitness.
I have worked in NZ and internationally in Canada and USA with a wide spectrum of clients. Ranging from desk-bound professionals with no exercise experience to competitive triathletes, rowers, rugby players and ice hockey players. So whether you have 40 kilograms to lose or you want to improve strength, fitness and muscle mass for your next season of rugby I will be able to coach you to your goal.
