Classes and bookings

Under the ‘Red’ traffic light system – classes will run to a limited schedule to ensure the safety of everyone, Bookings will be required for all classes. This can be done online via our member portal app.

We will be following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines to ensure everyone including our staff stay safe at the gym.

Our gym rules and etiquette have been updated to Covid-19 traffic light framework and must be adhered to at all times. Anyone not adhering to our rules will be asked to immediately leave the premises.

The gym and equipment will be rearranged to adhere to the traffic light system.
