BLITZ benefits: reduce body fat and gain a fitter, stronger, healthier you!

Blitz 10 week transformation programme whether you are wanting to gain muscle, improve fitness or target some fat loss the BLITZ will get you there! This programme is all about progress, you’ll have fun whilst challenging yourself beyond your limits.

BLITZ includes;

  • 2 x Group Personal training sessions per week
  • Detailed health screen at the start of the programme
  • Fitness and Strength testing at the start and finish to track progress.
  • Food & exercise log
  • Weekly Measurements

Blitz starts 16th September.
Morning group – Monday 6am and Friday 6am
Evening group – Tuesday 6:30pm and Friday 6:30pm.
