Zoe’s Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie With Coconut Whip

This is a super easy cafe style smoothie you can make at home.


1 Cup Frozen Berries
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Greek Yoghurt (or Coconut Yoghurt)
1/2 Milk og Choice or Water
1 Scoop of Vanillia Protein Powder (optional)

Canned Coconut Cream or Milk (place coconut cream/milk in fridge overnight to separate the water and fat. Use the thick cream part only)

Blend all the Smoothie ingredients together in a blender.

Coconut whip:
Whisk coconut cream or Milk till thick.
