Adam’s Protein Coffee Smoothie Recipe

  • Black coffee
  • Teaspoon of coconut oil (Raw)
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut milk (Full Fat)
  • 1/2 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use Macro Mike Vanilla)
  • Handful of ice.
  • Throw it all in a blender and blend for 30.
